ABOUT OUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Our affiliate program is a marketing arrangement where individuals or businesses (affiliates) promote Denver Adventures – Zipline Tours’ products or services in exchange for a commission on the sales or leads they generate. Affiliates earn money by booking guests directly on our website www.denveradventures.com with their unique referral code. It’s a performance-based system where affiliates are rewarded for their marketing efforts.

Once you have signed up and been approved as an affiliate, you will receive an acceptance letter and your own booking code for you to book guests from our website www.denveradventures.com.

REQUIREMENTS

Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the sign-up process.
Not engage in illegal, harmful, or unethical practices.
You will promote and market the Denver Adventures’ products/services to your guests.
You must comply with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations when promoting Denver Adventures products’/services.
You must not misrepresent Denver Adventures or its products in any way.
Affiliates are prohibited from spamming, using clickbait, or engaging in any deceptive or misleading advertising practices.
The Affiliate will earn a commission based on the sales generated through their unique referral link. The commission rates and payment structure will be outlined separately.
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, once the adventure has been completed, provided the affiliate has earned a minimum threshold of $50. If this threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the next period.
Payments will be made via check. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their mailing information is up to date.
If a customer requests a refund or if a chargeback occurs on a sale referred by you, the commission for that sale will be reversed.
Denver Adventures will provide Affiliates with a unique code to make bookings on www.denveradventures.com. Affiliates must use this code when promoting and booking Denver Adventures’ products.
Denver Adventures may provide marketing materials, including brochures, and other promotional content. You may not modify these materials without written permission from Denver Adventures.
Denver Adventures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice. Denver Adventures may change the commission rates, payment schedule, or other terms of the program at its discretion.
Any changes to the program terms or policies will be communicated via email or through an update to this Agreement. By continuing to participate in the program after such changes, you agree to the new terms.
Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by notifying Denver Adventures in writing.
Termination by Denver Adventures: Denver Adventures may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of this Agreement.
- Engaging in unethical marketing practices.
- Failing to comply with applicable laws.
License to Use Trademarks: Denver Adventures grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting Denver Adventures’ products/services in accordance with this Agreement.
All marketing materials provided by the Company remain the property of the Company and may only be used as authorized in this Agreement.
You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information related to Denver Adventures’ products, services, or business operations that you may come into contact with during the course of this Agreement.
Denver Adventures is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your participation in the Affiliate Program or the use of any Company products or services. Denver Adventures total liability to the Affiliate under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate under this Agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your actions or omissions in connection with this Affiliate Program, including any violation of this Agreement or applicable laws.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Colorado.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Colorado. You and Denver Adventures agree to waive any right to a trial by jury.
No Relationship of Employer-Employee: You are an independent contractor and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Denver Adventures regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
